Build the platform that's reshaping iGaming.
Neonic Gaming Ltd builds the games, platform, and AI agents powering licensed B2C operators across regulated markets. We're a small Malta-headquartered team with a global remote footprint. We hire engineers, mathematicians, designers, AI researchers, compliance specialists and commercial partners who care about doing the work and shipping results.
We hire for substance.
We are a remote-first company. Our headquarters is in Floriana, Malta. Most of the team works asynchronously across Europe, Africa and the Americas. We meet in person quarterly. We pay competitively in EUR or USD. We don't do recruitment titles for the sake of it.
What we look for:
- Strong fundamentals over flashy CVs.
- Operators who'd rather ship than schedule another meeting.
- People who write clearly. Async culture means writing is the work.
- Deep domain interest. We expect you to know iGaming or want to learn it fast.
- Care for the regulated nature of what we do. AML, RG, fairness — these matter.
Open roles.
We don't keep a perpetually open careers page just to look big. When we have specific roles to fill, they're listed below. When we don't, we still want to hear from people who want to work with us.
Right now we're particularly interested in:
- Senior backend engineers (Go, .NET, or Node) with iGaming wallet or risk experience.
- Game mathematicians who can model RTP, volatility, and bonus features end to end.
- AI engineers building agentic systems in production.
- Compliance specialists with experience across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
- Commercial managers with relationships across operator and content-provider sides.
If your fit is obvious and you can describe it in three sentences, we'll respond fast.
How we hire.
Application by email. Two technical or domain conversations. One commercial conversation. A small paid trial assignment if relevant. A decision within ten business days of first contact, in either direction. We don't drag people through six rounds of vibe-checks.
We pay for trial work. We respect your time. If we say no we tell you why.
Email careers@neonicgaming.com with a link to your work or a CV, and tell us which area interests you most.
